About Me

Hello, and thank you for visiting my page. I am a licensed mental health counselor and qualified supervisor in the state of Florida. I am originally from Northeast Ohio and have been living on the Treasure Coast since 2019. My first degree was in art, and I often incorporate art and creativity into counseling sessions. I offer virtual appointments through a secure video platform, so you can access services from the privacy of your own home. 

My View of Therapy

Therapy is a journey that we will embark on together. Up till now, you’ve been mostly on your own. Let me “blip in,” get a sense of where you are and where you want to go, and then, together, we’ll create a map that leads you closer to your goals, step by step. 

Areas of Focus

I work with people of all ages and in all phases of life. I can help with stress, anxiety, depression, or just helping you figure out how to be the best version of yourself. I do have additional training in treating trauma (PTSD and Complex PTSD) and often use eye-movement modalities, such as EMDR or ART to resolve trauma and the haunting negative believes and images it leaves imprinted upon us.

In addition, I bring over 20 years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence, a field I am deeply passionate about. My work in this area has allowed me to help women make sense of their experiences, learn early warning signs of abuse, and rebuild a life that feels safe, fulfilling, and aligned with their true aspirations.
